ChildCry provides the funds to feed disabled orphans living in Central Asia. In their country,* it is not uncommon for disabled children to be abandoned to die. Their caretaker rescued them from abandonment and now runs an organization that houses them and teaches them budgeting, computer skills, hairdressing, sewing, cooking, menu preparation, jewelry-making, massage therapy and mobile phone repair.
They are also taught to plan their own menus, shop and cook for themselves. The feeding program is embedded in the cooking program, which runs for about 9 months to a year. The government mandates that the kids eat 3 hot meals a day at the center. Help us provide meals for children with mental and physical handicaps in Central Asia.
